TRC2000 Principal Engineer - Power Management Connecticut

Our client has an immediate need for a Principal Engineer to join their Power Electronics/Power Management team.
In this role, your focus will be on Power Electronics as applied to Fuel Cell Power Plants for both onsite and transportation fuel cell programs. Duties will include:
· Participating in the design review process.
· Working on IEEE committees
· Reviewing the Fuel Cell standards
· Providing technical leadership to associate level engineers
Requirements:
· MSEE · 10+ years of experience · Working knowledge of DC and AC electrical power conversion topologies and equipment · Collaborative supplier design and development experience · Electrical system modeling and simulation (including power electronics) · Working knowledge of electrical industry standards · Excellent analytical and problem solving skills · Ability to manage projects Our client offers exciting, meaningful projects and an excellent compensation package.
