Our client is actively seeking several Principal Electrical Engineers to join their growing team. As Principal Electrical Engineer, you will provide leadership in the design and development of power electronic products and systems. You will also closely with other departments, assisting in finding and dev eloping new business opportunities as well as crafting solutions for new and existing customers.
These roles require excellent communication skills and the ability to present technical information effectively to senior management and cross functional teams, as well as mentor and lead junior level engineers.
Requirements:
· Minimum of M.S. in Electrical Engineering with 6 years of experience or: Ph.D, plus 4 years of industrial or academic experience after completion of the Ph.D. · Excellent communication skills – written & verbal · Experience modeling & design of active and passive components · Experience simulation & testing · Control algorithm development for drivers & converters · Motor modeling, including FEA & EMI · Knowledge of distributed energy systems Experience working with multi-national teams is a plus.
· Knowledge of logic hardware
