We have a great opportunity for an Electrical Engineer with a strong background in electromagnetic compatibility design and technical lead experience.  This is a full time position with an excellent benefits package.

In this role, you will be leading a staff of EMC design and test engineers.  Tasks will include:

·         Resource allocation

·         Staff mentoring & development

·         Ensuring adherence to product development and testing standards

·         Providing technical oversight

·         Continuous process improvement

·         Interaction with cross functional groups

·         Working directly with the customers as needed

·         Reporting to upper management

To qualify for this position, you will need:

·       BSEE   

·         Experience as a technical lead

·         8+ years of Electromagnetic Compatibility Design

·         U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency
